LOFT Nights: Why We Started a Speaker Series for Nagpur's Founders

Why We Started It

When we built LOFT as a coworking space in Nagpur, we knew the physical space was only part of the equation. Nagpur has serious founders and business owners who rarely have a structured reason to be in the same room together. What was missing was a regular, well-curated gathering where the quality of conversation was worth showing up for.

What Actually Happens

Each LOFT Night brings together a speaker, usually a founder or domain expert, who shares something real from their journey. Not a polished keynote. Not a pitch. A genuine account of what building a business actually looks like. What broke. What worked unexpectedly.

After the session, the floor opens. This is where the real value usually happens. Connections that lead somewhere. Referrals. Collaborations. Sometimes just the reassurance of knowing that another founder in Nagpur is dealing with the exact same thing you are.

Why This Matters for Nagpur

Cities like Bengaluru and Mumbai have had a dense ecosystem of founder events for years. That density of knowledge-sharing is part of what makes those cities good places to build. Nagpur is building that layer now.
