Before LOFT became a coworking space, it started as an observation.

The Problem With Most Coworking Spaces in India

Most coworking spaces in India fall into two categories: large corporate floors packed with hot desks, or premium spaces priced for funded startups and MNC satellite teams. Neither was built for the founder in the early days.

The average coworking space optimises for head count. Fill as many seats as possible, offer fast WiFi, and call it a workspace. That is a business model, not a philosophy.

LOFT was designed differently. We wanted a room where the environment itself does some of the work. The people around you shape your thinking. The standards you see in your surroundings quietly raise your own. A well-designed coworking space is not a luxury. It is infrastructure for serious work.
